We're only a couple weeks into school but I'm already to start playing tennis in 3rd term. It's really hard waiting, it really is. Me and my friends still go to the tennis courts and play from time to time. We all improved drastically in almost every shot. Also, there are also many times where we catch ourselves talking about what happened during the season, losses, wins, coaches, etc. Memories are the best things, treasure them, because unfortunately, some of them disappear.
Only if tennis would be in all 3 terms, I would love it if that was the case. First and third terms can be outside on the Kennedy tennis courts, and second term and be a inside court somewhere. With only one term, it felt like it went by really fast. Most days when we had practice, we really didn't do much. We mostly did silly exercises, but they were exercises that gave us a really nice laugh. There was this one time when everyone had to get into a horizontal line and one person, and one person only had to volley with everyone in the line. Honestly, there was a ton of pressure. In the line and outside of the line. While you were in the line you had to be ready to volley with the hitter when he came to you. Being the hitter has obviously more pressure because everyone is staring at you intently. It was all fun though, Coach Bova's exercises are the best.
